Worst bus service ever.

Worst bus service ever. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this bus company. On 2 December, I booked a bus scheduled to depart at 15:00 from JHB to Welkom but it arrived late due to a breakdown. We were then moved to another bus that was extremely cold and uncomfortable.

On 17 December, I booked another trip from Welkom to Johannesburg, and once again the bus broke down in Kroonstad. This was Bus 852. Frequent breakdowns, delays, and poor passenger comfort show a serious lack of maintenance and concern for customers. This service is unreliable and stressful, especially for people who depend on buses to travel long distances. I would not recommend this bus company to anyone.
