Worse Bus Service Ever

Worse bus service ever no communication at all. The bus was supposed to arrive 08h20 on the 21/07 at 10h09 I am still busy allocating the bus, I am being transferred left, right and centre. 1st call spoke to lady called Lemese who advised the bus is 12KM away from stop bus finally arrive advised wont stop in George this Bus service is honestly a circus. 2nd time I called spoke to a lady called Amanda advised me the bus left stop already I told her that is not even possible check you busses correct. held on for 10 minutes advised me no the bus is 13Km away must look out for bus 112. This is the worse every bus service will never make us of it again. A perfect example of poor management and lack of training
