Useless Big Sky Intercity bus whatsapp service

Try and cancel a bus ticket via WhatsApp, it takes them 30 minutes to respond and when they respond they are so rude and expect you to answer them within a minute or they close the chat, talk about arrogant, this is a very unhelpful bus service will never use then again, the whatsapp service is not so clever I provide them with all the information and they still close the chat
