Unpleasent Trip

Mthatha to Johannesburg. 27-09-2024. -Bus arrived one hour late with no communication from the staff at the Mthatha Station employees about the delay. -Bus driver was rude to the passengers and made unnecessary stops on the road further delaying the trip by another 3 hours. -Expected arrival was 5:50am in park station but it arrived after 9am. -The bus is clean, well looked after but the driver was reckless on the road by speeding on the curves at the R56 between uMzimkhulu and Pietermaritzburg, KZN, not sure if the driver is aware of this route as it has a lot of curves. -I'm a frequent traveler with Big Sky and have never experienced such, it's always a pleasant journey with them and will use them again in future.
