Unhappy with bus.

Firstly, the bus was supposed to arrive on 21:35. We waited until 22:35. Which is an hour delay. Secondly, I cannot sit next to my fiance, because when we went to the front seats (there is 4 open seats by the way) they chased us off, and said we must make plan to sit somewhere else, since there is two massive bags in the front. I'm gonna be honest, our trip hasn't even basically started yet, and it's already a AWFUL experience. I would NOT recommend this, at all. If I could give a 0 star rating I would .
