The worst bus trip

I had such a horrible experience with this bus. I booked a bus from EL to CPT and after complaining to the driver about the heater being on he continued to ignore us. Many passengers complained, at night we asked for lights to be off and he still ignored us. After all these complaints he had to u-turn back to an ok express between Worcester and Beaufort west and after we asked why he ignored and later answered come to me and I’ll answer you. After going back to go fetch passengers that he left without apologising he then requested for people to move so they can sit together. Regardless of the race passengers need to be treated fairly and not be accommodated because of their skin or what they look like, at the end of the day we are all paying for these services they are not free. The rude and disrespectful attitude we have received as passengers is merely disappointing! I DEFINITELY TO NOT RECOMMEND!!
