Stinking Toilets

I boarded their bus from Pretoria to east London,on the road the toilet started to stink ,I immediately alerted one of the drivers ,he blatantly said he in not responsible for toilets all his paid for is to drive,I cautioned him that this is basic hygiene hazard for passengers in general,he was adamant that they are not responsible, majority of passengers were black people,am wondering if the majority were white will this bus proceed regardless of that hygienic complaint,were treated with gross disrespect in this bus
