Never on time, 3 to 5hr delays alsmos everytime

This bus is never on time and am talking 3hrs delay. A bus that us suppose to depart Kimberly at 23:20, end up depart at 3am. We have plans a d things to attend hence we book the times.

It is oure disrespect to customers. It is the second time this happens. Not 3o mins or 1 hr, 3 to 5 hrs delay. It is ridiculous, really. I would like to hear what do they have to say for themselves
