Horrific Bus Ride

Currently on a ride Midrand to Durban ,First and last experience on a bus. Sadly the facilities on the bus is unhygienic, A stench from the toilet all journey ,seats are broken. Such facilities should not be allowed . Worst of all the weather is bad lighting & Raining for some reason the driver thinks he is on a race course.This bus does not even sound as if it is road worthy,The driver breaks so hard that the brakes make a noise ,He takes the turns like he is drifting. Worst experience ever. I would want a superior to call me and I want a verification that this bus is road worthy .This is totally unacceptable we put our trust in you that we will reach our destination safe but such horrible service is definitely a NO .
