Driver was not listening to customer requests

Bus from Durban to Pretoria on the 21st of December 2023, left Durban at 20h30...it was freezing cold, kept asking the driver to slightly increase the temperature, he would increase it for 2 minutes. After that, he lowered the temperature again, imagine trying to sleep in a cold environment...do better.
