I would like to lay a complaint against the bus company and office in bellville as i was waiting for my bus which was supposed to be bus 8003 which was supposed to leave at 7:45 your staff was *********** and could not tell the difference between a route number and bus number which made me late for a bus. I was an hour earlier for not only that your staff on the bus was rude and did not allow me to get on the bus in bellville instead i had to chase the bus to Paarl which has left my petrol tank empty which i dont find to be fair. Bus 719 while i was loading in at shell the staff was rude telling me to just put my stuff in the bus as they are late already which was not my problem in the firat place. The bus only left shell garage at 8:35 it waied for people to arrive but could not left me get on in bellville well it was there. Your response to this email will be highly appreciated. Who will be reliable for my cost of petrol as well as the following mentioned down below. I can send you pictures of time what i weigh my bags as well

I still had to pay extra because my Bags was under 19kg and my tickets state that i am allowrd with a maximum of 20kg on the bus

I had to fill my Kar up with a 400 to chase a bus from Belleville to Paarl and then they i had to phone after them and used my airtime worth a R100 and they phone me to come tell me that they willing to give me discuss on my bus ticket what about my petrol
