Break and toilet issue

We are on our journey from Johannesburg to mthatha we my family on Bus 561 which does not allow us to go to the toilet to probably **** 💩 as we are human beings, they telling us the have toilet in the bus but also saying it's not for number 2 💩. This bus only gave us time to go out when we were Kronstadt, then we got to Bloemfontein they passed the station no one went out, next stop around 4:30am gave I went to buy Eno at the garage coming back the bus is gone, almost left me. How ridiculous and horrible they can be as if they not humans and we paid. Really guys you need to fix the way you treat customers in a better way. I'm not happy with the treatment.
