Big sky disaster

This will be the first and only time I'll ever take this bus.

1. The bus was delayed and we weren't informed. 2. When it finally arrives you informed that the reason was the aircon wasn't working. 3. When they finally have it working we are now more than two hours delayed and some might have had connecting busses to catch and as a passenger you have no idea whether they made any provisions for the delay so you can catch your connecting bus. Which is from the same company. 4. Why don't they have busses on standby to counter manage these instances?

Now I will say the drivers did apologize for the delay but an apology doesn't get me to my destination on time.

Mind you while you are delayed you fear even getting food cause it might have left while you were getting the food.

Honestly, worst experience.
