Bad Service!!!

It was my first time booking Big Sky Intercity and my experience was the worst. I am still shocked. I booked a bus for my baby sister who was supposed to travel from Somerset West (Shell garage) to Peddie (EC). The bus was scheduled for 4pm and we needed to be there at 15:30. We got there on time and a brown bus written ‘tour liner’ drove in. We noticed that the driver’s shirt was written Big Sky and approached him to try and enquire. He told us that the bus was driving to Umtata via N1 and left without even reading out the names that were on the list he had on his hand. An hour later I called their offices because it was getting late, only to be told that the bus left at 16:20 meaning it’s the one that was said to be traveling to Umtata, also the lady’s tone over the phone was so dismissive, she didn’t even give me a chance to explain that we actually spoke to the driver but was quick to tell me that I missed the bus and forfeit my R850.00 ticket, just like that!!! I am utterly disgusted to say the least!
