Bad, bad service

My daughter made a booking for 30 November 2024. The bus departure time was scheduled to leave 13:40. From Station street George. Apon our arrival we were informed that the bus is delayed with 3 hours!!!! Nor she or her husband has not received any communication what so ever about the delay. This is very unacceptable. We tried to phone their customer services but also no answer. This was the first time but also the last. I will never recommend Intercape to anyone. Really very dissapointed!
