A company that should get SUED

So I booked a bus for my sister from PE to joburg little did I know a big "suprise" was waiting for me😒.The bus took a long time to come and when she got on It literally broke down,The "mechanic"tried to "fix" the bus and they said they need another bus,we as a family were so worried about her because she was literally stranded for 4 hours straight with no food no water and no toilet.We are very DISAPPOINTED in this "hellopeter" company,So who ever comes along this massage and you have already booked just know that huh,their trip to is gonna take double the time its supposed to take even take.I repeat don't BOOK A TRIP TO ANYWHERE and I repeat ANYWHERE,And one more thing get those lazy buses serviced IMMEDIATELY before anyone tries to SUE you bye.Your Reclining chairs are like bank stools
