2 HOUR DELAY

Please explain why am I delayed by an hour +. At this point my trip is not even worth one star. My ticket says I should be by Idutywa at 15:20. Please tell me why it is 15:41 still at Mthatha, the bus is not moving, no explaination whatsoever we are sitting here for vibes. Just the driver missing stops and turning driving around town
