Quick to take money.... Never respond on complaints

I payed for an in app purchase a week ago. The purchase was never credited to my profile and hence I contacted Big Fish Games via e mail. They responded advising they would resolve the matter however I have followed up 3 times since then and there has been no response. The amount was not a substantial amount however it is not on...Complaints should be resolved.
