BIG FISH GAMES IS TAKING MONEY AFTER CANCELLATION

I am unable to resolve this issue with Big Fish games as they continue to subtract money from my account after I have cancelled my subscription and billing details. I get directed to their customer service page which is a hoax as I unable to submit my complaint. Here is what I am trying to send to Big Fish Games . I have also notices several similar complaints on their FB page: I have cancelled my Big Fish account in 2013 already. However, Big Fish continues to subtract a monthly subscription fee from my bank account via Debit Order. I will appreciate if you can stop the debit order without any further delay. I further require that Big Fish reimburse me immediately for the incorrect payments and also forward a statement of reimbur*****t / reconciliation of my account so that I can finalise this issue once and for all. I request that you acknowledge receipt of this notification via email without any delay.<br> Your co-operation in this matter imperative and will be appreciated.<br>
