Payment ignored after proof submitted and ignored my emails

I am just being ignored by my warranty policy which I have with Bidvest. Last year they did same thing as I took my car for a repairs of alternator I had to come to this platform to get them responding to my issue.

Yet again I took my car for repairs for electric part that it’s function is to enhance the steering of the car and I have been informed by my other policy of maintenance that this is for electric and mechanical repairs policy which they do not cover as maintenance. My electric and mechanical failure policy is seeking way to dodge my payment and reimbur*****t but when this claim was submitted by the company they were busy asking to be assisted with banking details the administrator said they should pay me not their company that’s were all excuses come to play.

I have chosen their best offer to this policy yet is the one that can’t pay as it happened last year and I have to posted them here for me to earn back my reimbur*****t money as this is the start I am also going on all their social accounts they are ignoring clients for reimbur*****t which is I am not even on arrears to be treated as bad policyholder and on the other side their brokers are pushing me to renew with ********** that need to posted on Hellopeter to give back what is rightfully owed by clients.
