Bidvest warranty poor service
Sent them a quotation from BMW, where my car gets serviced. I was told by bidvest to go and buy parts from goldwagon and let BMW fit them to my car. BMW responded to this email stating that they will not fit parts from another brand on my car. Needless to say, I had to cover almost the entire bill, as bidvest was not willing to cover it, despite being a loyal paying customer. I then tried to contact the person in charge of my claim at bidvest, multiple times, to enquire, and was told that the person is unavailable to speak to me. I tried contacting management which is virtually impossible. I will never touch anything that has the bidvest brand on it

Bidvest warranty poor service

Poor and *********** service
I had insurance with them for over 1 year . I claimed once and the service I got was the poor. My car had an engine problem ( crankshaft sensor) and they covered for engine components for atleast R5k . I was surprised their assessor said it’s an ignition issue because he didn’t want to pay , he only wanted to pay 1 k . I had to pay for myself after over a month. Even that 1 k they haven’t paid it to date . When you call them .i the receptionist are rude and ***********. I’ll advise people not to join this **** of company. Was advised even by dealer that they are the worst , rather try dot. Sure warranty. I even cancelled it and still waiting for my lousy 1 k

Bidvest mechanical warranty
I'm not happy with Bidvest mechanical warranty. I had problem with my car and I informed but they didn't attend my problem until I fix my car, after I fix my car I informed them that I fixed the car because they didn't want to attend my problem. Bidvest request me to send them invoices and last service of the car while on the agreement car service is not included. I pay them every month but they ****med me.

Poor service
Bidvest car warranty did me dirty , still waiting for 3 weeks and more now for their assistant , empty promises was made first time when I take my cover now I’m stucked and they do not seem to care, according to them they assist within 48 hours , which is a lie .I feel I am paying for nonsense

Bidvest Motor Warranty - Disappointed Client
Its almost one week that I have submitted my motor warranty claim and I have had no feedback, my car is sitting at the repairer for almost 2 weeks now with nothing, no feedback at all. My premiums were paid in full when I purchased my vehicle and every time I call in, they tell me its sitting with the claims assessor. I have submitted every single document they require, I have been patient and kind to every call center agent I have spoken to, its been way more than 48 hour turn around time and yet nothing, no feedback at all. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME

Stay Away
