Bidvest warranty not reliable

Bidvest warranty promised they will be reliable for any emergency , i got stuck on the highway this past Saturday and clearly the whole company went on a long weekend without them considering that their clients could be in tight situation , i called them for more than 4 hours without them answering while i was stranded on the highway
