Bidvest Warranty is a NO NO

I wish there was a way to rate a negative number because from the 27th of December we submitted a claim and have not recieved any response, when i call its either i will be on hold forever or someone will answer and say the person dealing with you claim will call back and they never call back. i sent emails making a follow up no response and today an agent basically said send an email to the same email that you have sent a follow up before meaning she can see my email but cant assist me. not even willing to assist except saying the person dealing with your claim will call back. i mean the dealer cant fix the car until they get a response regarding this claim. Even the Mercedes Benz dealership said they dont get a response. honestly this is not acceptable and i wish people can see this and know that when they extend warranty they dont even consider Bidvest because they will suffer while paying.
