bad service super bad.

Bidvest mechanical warranty is bad service, super bad service when i joined them it because of thr name i never didn any research on your service, but on the call i as advised that whe my car is hwosing any funny signes on on th dashboard i should call you but when i did last weel on Thursday 8 May i as told that i will receive an email ith a claim form.

That claim will sho me what is needed and part of what the lady said to me was that they will be looking for my services book, and i have my service book and it is up to date, but i never received the email with the claim form.

i only received the sms saying that it is confirmation of my claim but not the email, with the email cimai form. I as informed on the call that i need to go and look for the RMI registered mechanic place so they cab have a look on my car, today i wentto bellville because bellville have the nost mechanical places, but i got stcuk.

i called the Bidvest road side assistant and they assisted wit towwing but the towing truck also got stuck, i was there for 2 hours, ui cxaled them again and they told me rthat the car will be towed to my house, but nw its been 4 hours and my car is still not in my premises.

I dont kno what is going on, with bidvest, but hen i joined i was informed that when my car is having issue it will be towed to the mechanic, and if it needs to stay i will be offered a courtersy vehivle, but now th services thatr i am getting is totally different.

Bidvest you need to sell what you promise, now you are fask advertising, where is my car now? still with your towing people.
