Hello, am very disappoint with your service, i bought a Polo tsi Highline last month and it was delivered on the 27/11/2020. i have been waiting for my disc and number plate for far too long and no one is welling to assist me and iv called your offices and they always promise to call me back but they never do, the sales guy doesn't even answers my calls and texts ( when calling with a different number once he hears its me he drops the call.) i want to return the car and go to another dealer, I got stopped by police officials and they saw that my permit had expired and they said i should get my disc and number plate ASAP and before getting fines. try calling this number *** they never pick up / when they do, they promise to contact you back but never do.
