Spotters fee

This dealership is very *********, I referred a client all the way from east London to purchase a vehicle from witbank , I still 4 months later still haven’t received a measly spotters fee of 1000 rand they keep saying they are waiting for dealer principal but the clown is kobus du plessis he never answers calls because he is a scared lil bih
