Refund

I purchased rear mud flaps for a VW UP on the 31/07/2026 they did not fit i returned them with my prrof of bank account and ID that was about two weeks ago i am still waiting for my refund. Spoke to Samantha yesterday 15/09/2026 she said that the financial manager will call me back im still waiting. Called them again on the 16/09/2026 cant get hold of Samantha or the financial manager they then put me through to the sales manager he said he will get back to me with no luck
