Poor customer service, very dismissive behaviour from management

What bad customer service from this dealership, I have never experienced such ever since I started driving an Audi from 2019. Reporting to management does not help in any way, you want to go report to management yet they also are culprits of poor customer service. They are all dismissive of your complains as a customer. Thought reporting them to Audi SA will help little did I know that it will not.Very unhappy Audi driver
