Car serviced

Was so disappointed today as i took in my car for its 30 000km service. After waiting 5houers thay told me my car was done. When i got to my car it was not even washed and on my way home i see that the service light was not even reset. If i need to rate them now it will be a 0 out of 10. Disappointing....
