Good day,

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I recently received at Audi/VW Witbank.

I took my vehicle in for a service because I trust a dealership to provide professional and reliable workmanship. Unfortunately, after receiving my vehicle back, I discovered that the underneath engine cover had not been properly secured/*****ed back into place. The cover is now hanging/falling underneath the vehicle.

I am extremely disappointed because, as a customer without mechanical knowledge, I rely on the dealership to ensure that my vehicle is properly checked and safely reassembled before it is handed back to me. I should not have to inspect underneath my vehicle after a service to make sure that everything has been put back correctly.

In addition, since the service, the air-conditioning has a very unpleasant smell, almost like something has died inside the system. This was not what I expected after paying for a professional dealership service.
