Bad customer services

I have complain with regards to my car that was stucked and arranged tour then it was toured to bidvest McCarthy in Witbank on the 9th of November 2020 so my car was not attended even now and it’s been a month now without a car and the VW principal named Kobus said they are waiting for a tool from Germany I’m stucked here without a car so they are telling me that they don’t have the courtesy to give me and I’m struggling because I’m a shift employee who also work standby at night and my car still under VW warranty and i bought it being brand new,,,and the installment is being deducted and they do not give me an update they are quiet, if there’s something can they please give me another car if they are failing to fix mine or give me courtesy car cause it’s their factory fault and I spent almost R150 per day for transport.
