Audi and WV Bidvest McCarthy middelburg bad service

I tried to buy to buy a car at Audi and Vw McCarthy bidvest in middelburg, the sales person got me tsi that was not up to standard had alot of warning signs in deshboard, then I changed the sales person to another person and it took me two weeks to trade in my car. He sold me a used 2017 tsi of which didn't have a spare key, and the light controls is broken and has a warning sign for fog lights and number plate lights. They ******* me to sign for the car before I could see it or even test drive it. Now the sales guy always makes excuses whenever he supposed to fix the issues. He promised to give me my gift when taking the car but it's almost five working days now without receiving any from him. When I go to the dealership to talk to him, he's absent or makes excuses just to dismiss me. Now at Toyota middelburg they are sending me emails saying I must still pay some outstanding amount of which audi and vw middelburg didn't settle. Please help me get back my car, I don't want their car anymore
