Worse dealership vw umhlanga

I have had the worse experience with umhlanga vw. I went to get my car booked for 45k service and I was turned down due to load shedding and asked to gome back another day when I did go back they told me that they had problems with telkom lines down and cannot contact my service provider n I have to pay cash or take my car and go and on I went again n lets remember I am now doing 47k kilometers I finally booked the car in but when I took it for service they told me the service provider for my service pack dosen't want to pay because I'm over the kilometers now who will do my service because vw umhlanga ###### it all up I'm very upset with this dealership I will be sueing them and also getting my lawyer involved
