VW Umhlanga...pathetic service

With the amount of bad reviews, I'm surprised that VW UMHLANGA is still operational. Sent in my Vivo for its 15000km service and the other request was that the wiper blades be changed...Car has a maintenance plan. It's been 9 days now and still Waiting for the DP or service manager to call and advise why it couldn't be changed. They want be to make another booking to replace the blades. I've sent emails, made calls....still no correspondence. What a useless branch!!!!... begs the question if they even know what they doing. The same names in all the complaints...Shaun, Jennine, James. I dealt with VW for over 20, never have i experienced such incompetence when it came to staff and service. I don't think they realize that by us buying and servicing our cars, they still get to keep their jobs!. What a bunch of losers. Barons and Alpine...100%..
