VW Umhlanga the most useless dealership

Since I have been taking my car to VW umhlanga I have had endless problems. First they said they changed my wipers and when I picked up the car I could see the wipers was never changed. I spoke to Jeanine the service advisor and she insisted the wipers were changed and they charged for it. When the heavy rains happen wipers got worst and I contacted the manager James and then they changed the wipers. Secondly I did my brakes on 19 Dec 2023, in middle of april 3 and half months brakes was making a terrible noise like it was metal to metal, took the car back to them again Jeanine the service advisor starting giving me alot of excuses why it was making noise, I then get a call from Jeanine during the day for her to tell me there was a stone which today I cannot understand how a stone will make the 2 front brakes make noise like metal 2 metal. When I collected the car the technician told me it was dust on the brakes which they cleaned and i was charged for brakes for 19 dec 2023 and again for them to clean dust which was never there.I stopped using them and took my car (21 May 2024) to VW Weiss in stamfordhill for the 60k service, I get a call from the service advisor who then tells me they have to do brakes, I could jot understand as this was done not even 6 months ago at vw umhlanga. Once again had to pay for brakes at VW Weiss. I sent an email to vw umhlanga regarding this and was told Jeanine will come back to me. Till end of today still waiting for her to respond to my email. VW umhlanga charge for things done and they don't even do it. Do not take your car to them they are robbing the people with charging and not doing the job. I will be in contact with VW S.A to lay a complaint against them. The service is pathetic and that Jeanine insists that things was done on the car when it was not. Vw Weiss in Stamfordhill is the best to use. They deserve more than a 5 rating for the service they give as well as helpful friendly staff. I would recommend VW Weiss any day. I hope VW umhlanga can catch a wake up and learn how Vw Weiss operates or VW umhlanga will loose lots of business. They deserve to be closed down
