VW Service - Don’t let them do anything else

Twice I’ve had an issue with this dealership. They do everything so well. Their service. Their communication. Everything that the brand would want them to do. But they don’t keep the same attention to detail on the outsourced or ancillary services.

First I was ‘sold’ a windscreen chip repair. It’s an insourced/outsourced provider, so doesn’t follow the same protocols as the VW standard. I was left with a bad scratch on my windscreen that they couldn’t buff out.

Second was a car clean, that left my windscreen with micro scratches. If they are on the glass, I can only presume it’s the same on the paint work. I’m not sure if they use a waterless CarWash system, but whatever was used to clean the car, had grit in it.
