Terrible service/unprofessional

Hi

I'd like to put through a complaint about VW umhlanga, my car had been going in for a window wiper switch/control unit, multiple times and the service advisor Janine kept declining my car, mentioning that my car was not booked in and they do not do repairs on the weekend or make excuses such as that only a few technicians available

On a few occasions they accepted my car but did no work, made excuses such as they need to order parts for the car, they even kept my car over night without updating me, they did not return my call after calling them multiple times Today is the 8 time that my car is coming in for the fitment for the wiper switch, a service advisor name Shaun had booked my car for the 27/06/2020 however, upon arrival at VW umhlanga, service advisor Janine declined my car once again, I had to ask the reception to contact the other service advisor, speak to technicians and have my car accepted Their timeframe is all lies

My car is my income and I have been losing out on so much money, time, fuel, effort for keep running to VW umhlanga

Once they kept the day for 3 days of which I lost r1500, whereby VW ensured me that the job will only take a few hours No help from management

The staff is very rude and not helpful at all

Such a big brand but biggest mistake of buying a VW
