Service of vehicle

Booked a service with Bidvest umhlanga and on the day dropped the car at 7am. James the manager informed I return between 12-13pm to collect. Returned at 11:45am and waited until 13:30pm to be informed vehicle not yet in workshop to be serviced but already washed n cleaned. At 14pm was told vehicle in workshop and thereafter at 14:15pm informed oil had been changed and vehicle is in the parking lot for collection. Not sure oil change done (service done in 15 minutes) . Requested copy of job card ,not issued to me, to be emailed, not received. Totally disappointed?????
