Poor/********* service delivery

I signed an offer to purchase a vehicle on 14 March 2020. Sales consultant, Chantel messaged me at 11h00 about motor plans for the car. At approximately 14h00 on 16 March 2020 to tell me that there was a cash buyer. How is this possible? Can dealerships do this. Unprofessional behaviour from Chantel. Poor support from the Manager, Deepak.
