Poor service

This dealer ship is the worst the customer service I poor from the front desk, the staff Is rude and unwilling to assist, the worst but I booked my car in for repairs my front left door handle is damaged it does not open from the outside I have a polo life 2022 model with a mantainace plan and is still under warranty I left the car at 7:30am with jenene the worst service advisor there were no updates or feedback I had to call at least 3 time after living the car there to get an update when I fetched the care later the door wasn't fixed and theres no explaination
