POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I am extremely disappointed with this specific dealership. I have called the whole of last week to make a booking for my vw vehicle and the receptionist/switchboard has taken my messages. I have not received a single call back. I have called again today and the receptionist took a message again. The customer service is pathetic. Its so hard for someone to call back and basically do their job?! I am extremely frustrated. I have purchased airtime the whole week just to call them and still no response!

Surely if this gets the attention of the person who is clearly not doing their job!
