Pathetic Service

I have owned plenty of vehicles in my lifetime and visited many dealerships in purchasing and servicing vehicles. I can tell you by far that this is the worst dealership to do business with . Their service department is in shambles . They dont have a clue on how to deal with customers, and it's not 1 or 2 complaints. Google reviews are flooded with horror stories about this dealership. When they close down and people lose their jobs . Do blame Haval and GWM . Its people like these that have a dont care attitude that push customers away . I have a Blue T-roc .. took it in for service .. they scratched the paint . 1st service on vehicle and they took 9 hours to complete . Their staff has no clue on how to handle customers . They advised that service would take an hour .
