I’m not one who usually complains but Vw Umhlanga needs to get it together

I’m not one who usually complains but Vw Umhlanga needs to get it together. I took my car in for service on the 11th of March 2025, I had to change my brakes. Ever since my car came back from them it is making a sound everytime I brake. I go to the branch today to ask that they fix this problem and they tell me that I have to come back on the 22nd of April. Now I have to wait an entire month so they can fix their mess ? Unfair. The lady at that front desk was so unbothered, unpleasant when I asked. The service advisor was worse. This was my first and my last time using this vw umhlanga branch. Vw Hatfield Rivonia and lindsay branch in Johannesburg needs to teach Durban how to work. Ever since I bought my car I have never experienced such horrible service.
