Failure to refund deposit

I paid a holding deposit for a vehicle and canceled the deal the next day, however I am waiting 1 week for my refund...everytime i ask they give me excuses about bank offline and that its processed but no payment. They request money immediately (meaning they tell you must do instant payment) but fail to do the same. Terrible service....
