Don't buy a Vw from Vw Umhlanga

Never in my life have I seen such a poor service from a dealer .called service advisors 3x to send me a quote for my vehicle and everytime a lady says I'll get the guy to call you shortly we very busy .I'm still waiting for the call. As for the parts department thobani is so rude and this is not the 1st time .I called today to get a quote and after cutting me while I'm talking he started calling out prices I then said can I have it on a quote and he then say why you never say from the start I rep**** by saying I asked for a quote he said you must tell me 1st not after and what else you want .never spoke to a more rude person.asked for his manger his out ask for DP his out they seem to be running a market there then a dealership going to trade all my vehicle in and by Toyota you received way better service!!!!!!!!
