DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE MCCARTHY VW UMHLANGA!!

Disgusted and angry with McCarthy vw, Umhlanga. When booking my Amarok in a month ago, i got their commitment that they would start on it at 7am, as I book it in. The service manager calls me at 2pm to ask if they can keep it for another day!!! He admitted that they had only just started working on it at midday?!!!! What disgusting customer service, especially after SPECIFICALLY booking it in a month earlier, and them promising work would start as i book it in! They did the SAME with my son's Amarok 2 weeks ago!!!!!!
