Car registration documents

This is literally the worst dealership when it comes to customer service! I bought a used vw polo tsi 2018 on the 29 January 2025 and as always, I had to be the one to contact the sales person for feedback in regards to my application since well I was buying from Pretoria. Now, the car has been using a permit and same thing, I’m the one who had to call and enquire about the car registration! To my surprise, they hadn’t started with the application until I enquired about it but I had paid for it. Fast forward, I’m now waiting for car registration documents and my permit is expiring on the 17 February. Mind you, the sales agent by the name of Ntando kept on promising lies on top of my lies! Initially, the documents were supposed to be delivered by Wednesday, all of a sudden it’s Friday and now Tuesday the 18February! They don’t care about their clients but sales! I complained to the used vehicles sales manager but he just as not helpful as his staff! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
