worst service ever

i have bought a car from Bidvest McCarthy VW Arcadia from an emotional and incompeted sales person (Tebogo Mogoro).

they delivered the vehicle with checking it (80 point check and small damages like arm rest, parcel shelf) i had to show her that the thing are damaged. they took the vehicle back as they had to sort out the gearbox and other things that were not right on the vehicle. while they were fixing the gearbox they wanted their courtesy vehicle back without giving me the car back and tebogo threaten me that her manager will call me " DP is not going to be nice to me" i even have the recording she sent me. Again they gave me the vehicle without doing the 80 point check and worse the front tyre was flat and the seat were loose.

took the vehicle and i alerted the sales manager ( Lebo Maphanga) of my issues and i advise him that i wanted to collect the vehicle when he was there. of course we are human and he had his own person matter he was attending to or he was sick ( i got two stories), i understood. i requested from the dealer to give me the Diagnostic report (80 point check). which i never got and i am still waiting from them.

i had my own personal matters to attend to and i never went back to the dealer for a month. i took the vehicle to another dealer to assist with a 80 point check and to reset few things on the vehicle, which they did. they gave me a report that few things were not right and needed to be changed. i sent the report to Lebo Maphanga and his DP Stephan Delport, which clearly indicate to me they never did the 80 point check on the vehicle and never cared that the customer get the vehicle in a good condition. if they cared they could have done the 80 point check and replaced the parcel shelf and arm rest before i collected the vehive.

i got this respond from Lebo:

Tebogo has emailed you the tyre invoice and was resolved and confirmed by you upon collection by yourself. Now after 2 months you are complaining about the tyre pressure, please note that tyres are wear and tear items and as dealer we do not accept responsibility for deflation more than two months later , nor can we accept responsibility for batteries and other wear items months down the line . Lastly this car was a trade in so I wouldn’t know if the previous owner fitted genuine parts or not.

After this in-competed response, i sent them the mail again correcting them of the information they have on his response. even now i havent got any feedback from this sales manager and his DP.
