VW misleading quote and unfair treatment

I would like to report an unfair service that i received at Bidvest VW McCarthy Arcadia last week Wednesday. On Tuesday the 05th of Nov 2019 I called VW Arcadia to book a service for my Polo TSI 2014 Model. Upon calling VW I indicated that my vehicle is due for 90000 00 kms service but its currently sitting at 78000 00 kms. I spoke to Precious who advised me that service fee my vehicle would be R2000 cause they are currently running a special. Then the booking was confirmed for the 06th of Nov 2019. I called VW again to verify if they my kms correct, i spoke to Precious again who confirmed that she got the kms correct and I will pay 2000 for the whole service. Upon arriving the following day i was told that the quote was wrong. I need to pay 3600. Puso Edwin told me so. I advised him that i dont have that kind of money but i do have R2000 that i was quoted for. He left and to speak to his manager and never came to me. Later on Puso came to me and informed me that they are done with the major service that my vehicle was due for. I was told to pay R2200 instead of R2000, I just paid it as I was tired of arguing with them. Drove back home, upon i arrived i noticed a dent on the right front side of my vehicle. I then decided to inspect the whole car. The rear windscreen wiper was damaged. Oil tank inside the Engine not closed. The whole Engine compartment full of oil spillages. I called VW and spoke to Puso who told me to look for Oil Tank lid and close the tank. He said he knows nothing about the other damages. Later on Puso arrived at my house to clean the Engine, again o informed him of the dent as well as the rear windscreen wiper. he then said he would have go through their camera to see whether am telling the truth or not. Later on i realised that the major service that they claim they have done was not major but the normal service. I spoke to Puso and deliberately ignored my Whatsapp texts as well as SMS till now. I would really appreciate your intervention in this matter
