Volkswagen Arcardia gives bad service.

On the 16th of September I took my car in for service everything was working fine and after the service I was told there was an oil leak on the sump.

i involved my insurance and got the car checked I was told the only reason this could be happening if if the oil drain plug was not fitted back properly or it was not replaced on service

I have been trying to get Mike and Katlego to respond to my emails yet no one is coming back to me.

I called Katlego and he never answers his extension when Im forwarded to it and his phone is on voicemail. I was given ***
